You will complete most of the Burda Catalysts Programme in a fixed cohort of leaders, helping you deepen your Burda network and support one another in your leadership practice.

Together with your cohort of leaders, you will participate in three virtual workshops:

1. Kick-Off Session

2. Virtual Camp on our Foundational Modules "Leadership
   Challenges" and "Self-Leadership"

3. Closing Session

   
   

We will offer five different cohorts, based on language and time preferences: one in English and four in German.

Full attendance at all three virtual workshops is mandatory to stay connected with your cohort. Therefore please choose the cohort that works best for your schedule. The Executive Board of HBM appreciates your participation in Burda Catalysts.
